Mother

Mother
She is the person who carried me in her womb for 9 months. Bearing all the pains you caused her when you were inside with no complaints she promised to bring you into this beautiful and look after with love, care for you, protect you and provide you with necessary things.
Mama is medium height with brown eyes, she wears glasses and when she wears sari she looks like a souvenir and she has the cutest smile in the world. When I am with the time just flies away. She is one person who you can trust with your eyes closed. You know whenever I have some problem or I am not in the good mood she just tends to know. I asked her how do you know and she replied “My child I have carried you in my womb for 9 months and a mother will know anything about her child just like that because they are familiar with your expression from the day you were born.”
When I am back from school I will just know mama is home without seeing her because she will be cooking in the kitchen and the smell of the mouthwatering aliment. Everyone in the house will be waiting impatiently to eat food cooked by my mama’s hand. Once my grandma said “We wait for a year long to eat food cooked by your hand because they are the most delicious food.”
Everyone loves her and her company. If my mum was not there I would not be able to step into this beautiful world, without my mum I am nothing. I will never be able to live without her. I love my mother very much.

A day i will never forget.

A DAY I WILL NEVER FORGET!
I remember the day vividly. The sky was as blue as ocean. The sun was as bright as a button, waking up everything around it as fit as fiddle. In garden flowers looked as beautiful as a souvenir. It was a beautiful and perfect morning of autumn. The memory of the day is as clear as crystal. When I think of that day the pain becomes as fresh as daisy.
It was around eight years back when this incident hit me. I woke up with an abrupt pain however the pain was tolerable at that time. In spite of this I was forced to wake up from my warm bed because of the pain. I thought the pain was normal so I didn’t take it serious. Eventually the pain increased and became unbearable. I started screaming with the intolerable pain. Mama came to the room and asked me “What happened?” I told her that I had a bad tummy pain. She said rest for some time you’ll be fine. I tried to go back to sleep but was unsuccessful. As time passed by the pain become unacceptable.
However I tried to drag myself out of bed in order to get ready for school but failed. As the pain increased I started screaming louder than ever. Papa came and carried me to the longue. I told papa that I have a severe pain on the right side of my stomach. After hearing this everyone started panicking. My grandma said “Its appendix, we need to take her to the hospital before it’s too late!” Despite the fact that my grandma said it, no one believed it. Everyone said “She is too small to be suffering from appendix.” Papa s said he wanted to wait for his elder brother to come before he makes any decision. After my uncle came I told him everything and he said “Its appendix we have to take her in the emergency?” They called the hospital and informed them.
Finally we reached to the hospital and I was taken to the emergency room and the doctors examined me and they told me to go and do video x-ray. After the report had come I was admitted in the hospital. Later in the day I was operated. The doctors said if it was later than this, the appendix would have burst. I was in drip after I was operated though I was still unconscious.
However after I gained my consciousness back I realized I was surrounded by so many people. This is the most memorable day in my life, and I will never be able to get over the fact that I was operated when I was in Grade 2. I thought it was end of my life however it was not.
